What's your payment structure?
We use a milestone-based payment schedule: a design retainer to begin, followed by payments tied to key project milestones (demolition, rough-in, installation, completion). This protects both parties and keeps the project moving smoothly. Full details are outlined in your contract.
Why don't you show fixed prices online?
