Design
With the vision clear, we move into design — the part most clients love most. We develop your layout, work through material selections together, and produce full 3D renderings so you can see exactly what your space will look like before a single wall comes down.
We accompany you to showrooms for tile, fixtures, and countertops — or we curate options and bring samples to you. By the time design is complete, every decision is made and approved. Nothing is ordered, and nothing starts, until you've signed off on every detail.

Our craftsmen arrive on the date we agreed on — permits already in hand, materials already on order. We protect the rest of your home with dust barriers and floor coverings. The spaces you're still living in are respected. Your project lead is on-site every day.
The trades follow a deliberate sequence — nothing rushed, nothing skipped, nothing done out of order to make the schedule look better than it is. Your fixed-price contract means what we quoted is what you pay. Any change requires a written change order. No surprises.

Before final payment, we walk the finished space with you — finish by finish, detail by detail. Every punch item is resolved first. The space is deep-cleaned and ready to live in. We walk you through every fixture, every valve, every appliance until the space feels completely yours.
The crew leaves. You get to have the evening you've been imagining. At the 30-day mark, we check back in. Our 1-year workmanship warranty is in writing. Most of our new work comes from people who've been through this — that's the part that matters most to us.
